Rosalie Fransen

Intern

Rosalie Fransen held a fellowship with the NGO Working Group in Fall of 2015. She graduated summa cum laude from New York University with a Masters of Science in Global Affairs and concentration in Peacebuilding. For her Masters thesis, which was awarded with the “Global Affairs Excellence in Academic Research Award,” she spent four months in Sri Lanka working closely with Search for Common Ground to study the contributions of international NGOs to the reconciliation process. Following her time with the NGO Working Group, Rosalie has worked with the International Civil Society Action Network as their Donor Partnerships Consultant, and with the United Nations Population Fund, as Research Assistant in their Evaluation Office. Most recently, she contributed qualitative research to the OECD's SIGI Gender Index. Originally from the Netherlands, Rosalie is fluent in Dutch and French.
